Colors may vary due to monitor calibration, and size charts should be reviewed carefully before ordering. Product availability may change without prior notice.

5. Order Placement and Acceptance

  • Production Time: 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: 5–8 business days after production.
  • Shipping Fees: Flat rate of $6.99 per order.
  • Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control may occur.
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete; PixieStorm is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the order date.
  • Eligible returns include damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
